Further, the airline utilizes its Airbus A321neos for this route. Departing from the Hawaiian island at 10:45, the flight will arrive in California just over five hours later, at 18:50.

In the previous year, San Francisco ranked as the third-busiest route from Kahului, serving a total of 272,000 passengers. This placed it behind Honolulu (1.07 million passengers) and Los Angeles (441,000 passengers).

Hawaiian Airlines faces competition from United Airlines (UA) and Alaska Airlines (AS) on this route.

Additionally, from Kahului Airport, Hawaiian Airlines offers flights to various destinations across the West Coast, including Los Angeles (LAX), Portland (PDX), San Diego (SAN), and Seattle (SEA).
