As the South Pacific fades in popularity, Delta strategically adjusts to meet travelers’ evolving needs and preferences, reported Enilria.

New/Resumed Routes:
- Boston Logan (BOS) – Liberia (LIR): Starting in January 2025 on Saturdays
- Detroit (DTW) – Providenciales Island (PLS): Launching in mid-December on Saturdays
- New York JFK – Basseterre (SKB): Resumed service starting in January 2025 on Saturdays
- St. John’s (ANU) – New York JFK: Resuming service in January 2025 on Saturdays
Suspensions:
- Los Angeles (LOS) – Auckland (AKL): This route has been temporarily suspended for the Southern Hemisphere Winter due to low bookings.
Notable Frequency Increases:
- San Juan (SJU) – Detroit (DTW): Doubling to 14 flights per week
- San Juan (SJU) – Boston (BOS): Doubling to 14 flights per week
- San Juan (SJU) – Atlanta (ATL): Increasing from 35 flights per week to 42 flights per week

In May and August 2024, there were an average of 4 flights per week, with 628 seats in May and 667 seats in August. The flight details for May include B6 320 on 3 flights per week.
